Marc Hays

Partner, Acquisitions and Leasing

Marc oversees leasing and site feasibility analysis for acquisitions and investments at Stanbery Development Group, LLC. Before joining Stanbery Development Group, LLC in 2014, Marc spent 11 years with DDR Corp., most recently as Senior Vice President of Leasing where he oversaw assets across the United States. Previously, Marc was responsible for leasing Lifestyle/Specialty centers, Puerto Rico and Brazil at DDR. Prior to joining DDR, Marc served as Real Estate Manager for Talbots and held real estate positions with Borders, The Jacobs Group and General Growth Properties. Marc is a graduate of John Carroll University.

Jon Meyer

Co-Founding Partner, Investments

Jon’s responsibilities include locating new investment and acquisition opportunities, initiating and managing joint venture relationships, and raising outside capital when required. Prior to co-founding Stanbery Development Group, LLC, in 2000, Jon worked in real estate development and leasing in Chicago and Columbus. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Emory University.

Brandon Nutting

Finance & Asset Management

Brandon joined Stanbery Development Group, LLC in 2008. Brandon is responsible for all finance-oriented functions including underwriting new acquisitions, due diligence and financing. Brandon oversees all aspects of asset management, overseeing the management and marketing of such, and reporting quarterly and annual results to partners and investors for assets currently under ownership. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University.

Mark Pottschmidt

Co-Founding Partner, Development

Mark Pottschmidt co-founded Stanbery Development Group, LLC in 2000 and has spent his Stanbery career leading the company’s planning, design and development efforts. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University.

Josh McCune

Development & Construction

Josh is the Director of Development and Construction where he oversees all aspects of Stanbery Development Group, LLC's development operations from deal origination to occupancy. Josh has 20 years of commercial development and construction experience overseeing the design process and managing the team of consultants and contractors. Josh is responsible for all construction activities, to execute projects on time and under budget. Prior to joining Stanbery, Josh led development projects with Olshan Properties working on the retail and hospitality portfolio, and Abercrombie & Fitch managing international flagship store construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.
